Production Management
Line Producers and Production Managers are central to the successful execution of commercial and narrative production. While the Line Producer maintains the budget and executes cost negotiations to stay within budget, the Production Manager ensures meticulous and professional handling of all stages, from pre-production to strike.
Both serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the planning and execution of each event, sourcing detailed event proposals and quotes from vendors, and scheduling and supervising freelance technicians and crew for each event, ensuring clarity, expectations, and smooth communication for a high-quality, personalized experience.

Please note: It is a conflict of interest to have a Producer also fulfill the role of Intimacy Coordinator on set. Jeanette is available to work as an IC on any production where she is not working in another capacity. Through her training with IDC (Intimacy Directors & Coordinators), Jeanette is connected to a strong network of union and non-union ICs and is also happy to make referrals to any of these badass ICs!
